Flex 'n Stretch

Flex ‘n Stretch training and assisted stretching services was founded in ATL in 2023 by certified personal trainer and stretchologist, Tim Scott. We are passionate about helping clients find the AUDACITY to conquer their fitness goals and are committed to promoting a balanced lifestyle through weight, strength, nutritional training, and assisted stretching. That’s why our motto is ”We Train, We Stretch, We Win!” Let’s embark on a journey to a healthier, stronger you!

About Tim Scott

As a native of the heart of ATL, Tim fell in love with fitness back in 2016. Prior to, he personally struggled with his weight and often used food as an escape from his problems. However, once he started going to the gym, he found himself increasingly watching different fitness videos and downloading apps to help him become a better version of himself. In 2020, Tim chose to take a leap of faith and got his personal training certification and later trained over a year as a professional stretchologist. Over the past 3 years, he's helped many clients discover a better version of themselves that they didn't think was possible.

Our Monthly Plans

All training plans include access to a customized personal training app. All monthly plans paid 6 months in advance will receive 15% off. Note: To book a single/one-off stretching or training session, click here.

Combos: Train + Stretch (Book a Consultation)
  • 12 sessions: 3 sessions per week that consist of 2 x 45-minute training sessions and 1 x 30-minute stretching session

  • 16 sessions: 4 sessions per week that consist of 3 x 45-minute training sessions and 1 x 30-minute stretching session 

  • 20 sessions: 5 sessions per week that consist of 4 x 45-minute training sessions and 1 x 30-minute stretching session

Training Only (Book a Consultation)
  • 12 sessions: 3 x 45-minute training sessions per week 

  • 16 sessions: 4 x 45-minute training sessions per week  

  • 20 sessions: 5 x 45-minute training sessions per week  

Stretching Only (Book a Consultation)
  • 4 sessions: 1 x 30-minute stretching session per week

  • 8 sessions: 2 x 30-minute stretching sessions per week
